Request account deletion
You can permanently close your NaraBox TV account and request deletion of associated personal information. You do not need to keep a paid subscription active to make a request.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to the NaraBox TV app.
- Open Profile or Settings.
- Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
This starts permanent removal of your profile and associated data, subject to the limited retention requirements described below.
If you cannot access the app
Email [email protected] from the address connected to your account, or use our contact page. State that you want your NaraBox account deleted and include the email address or phone number used for the account. We may ask for verification to prevent unauthorised deletion.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymise account identifiers, profile information, preferences, viewing activity tied to the account, saved titles, and other personal records that are no longer required.
What may be retained
We may retain limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, tax, legal, or dispute records where required or permitted by law. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you may also be retained. Retained records are not used to continue the deleted account.
Processing time
Verified requests are processed without undue delay, normally within a few business days. Complex requests or legal holds may take longer, and we will provide an update when appropriate.
Subscriptions and purchases
Deleting a NaraBox account may not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play, Apple, or another payment provider. Cancel that subscription in the provider’s account settings to prevent future billing. Account deletion may also make previous playback history or purchases unavailable.
After deletion
Account deletion is permanent. You may create a new account later, but previous profile data, history, and entitlements may not be recoverable.
