These Terms of Service govern your use of NaraBox TV’s website, mobile applications, TV applications, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
NaraBox TV offers streaming of movies, series, and related content, including content with VJ narration. Availability is subject to licensing, distribution rights, location, compatible devices, and our editorial standards. VJs and partner channels are onboarded and verified by NaraBox.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, compromise security, or harm the service or its users.
Subscriptions, purchases, and payments
Paid plans, rentals, or purchases are described at checkout. Fees, billing cycles, renewal rules, cancellation methods, and refund eligibility depend on the selected plan, payment provider, and applicable store rules. Taxes may apply. We may change prices or plans with notice where required by law.
Acceptable use
You must not circumvent access controls or technical protections; copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or commercially exploit content without permission; use bots, scraping, or excessive automation; introduce malware or interfere with the service; harass others; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Content and maturity
Titles may include maturity guidance. You are responsible for choosing appropriate content for your household. If you believe content violates the law, these terms, or your rights, contact us or follow our copyright process.
Intellectual property
The service, branding, software, and content are protected by copyright and other laws. NaraBox and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted. Your right to use the service is personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable.
Service availability
Streaming quality and availability may vary with your device, network, region, licensing, maintenance, and third-party services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or titles when reasonably necessary.
Third-party services
NaraBox may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply, and NaraBox is not responsible for content or conduct outside its control.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid NaraBox during the twelve months before the claim, except where applicable law prohibits that limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Uganda, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the current version here and provide additional notice for material changes where required.
